WORKS prior to settlement
Any contracts to organise work (eg repairs for properties) must be signed and approved by the Director of Chehade Real Estate to be valid. If not signed and approved by the Director then the Chehade Real Estate Group will not be held responsible for payment (or any other associated costs).Furthermore Chehade Real Estate is not responsible for any work done by subcontractors. Any issues that may arise from subcontractors work that is signed and approved by the Director of Chehade Real Estate is not the responsibility of Chehade Real Estate or its representatives.
